“We had some challenges with the handling of our No. 45 ProMATIC Automation Inc. | Superior Essex Chevrolet Silverado in the early stages of the race, but as the race progressed, my crew chief Cody (Efaw) made some excellent changes and we were able to pick up some positions when it mattered most.
“I was hoping for a top-15 finish, but to make the strides we did from start to finish, we’ll take the effort and apply what we learned to our next intermediate race.
“We still have some momentum on our side with some solid finishes lately and hopefully that continues next week at Eldora Speedway.
“It’s going to be a new experience for me, but I plan to embrace it and have a little fun too.”
