Justin Fontaine Quote: “This wasn’t the debut I was hoping for at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Thankfully, we were able to avoid the weather and get two practices in on Friday morning, but we found ourselves fighting the handling on our No. 45 ProMATIC Automation Chevrolet once the rain started because we didn’t have the chance to qualify.
“Darrell did a good job adjusting on the truck during the first and second stages – but we found ourselves in some trouble during the final stage and it really put a hamper on our night. I’m sorry to ProMATIC Automation, my team, family, friends and those who support our Niece Motorsports team.
“We’ll use this two-week break to regroup and we’ll come back to Texas Motor Speedway next month reenergized and ready to get back in the saddle.”
