Ross Chastain on Racing at Gateway: “I’m honored to have CarShield on board our No. 45 Chevrolet this weekend,” said Chastain. “We’ve worked together in the past, and it’s awesome to have them join us again this weekend. I’m fired up, and I know this team is certainly fired up to get on track at Gateway. The #MelonManChallenge is back on, and we are ready.”

Making the Playoffs: Entering this weekend’s race, Chastain is currently 69 points outside of the top-20.  In order to make the Playoffs for a chance to win the Championship, Chastain must win a race and be inside the top-20 in NGOTS points within the next six races.

Chastain at Gateway: Chastain has just one start at Gateway, which came last season for owner Mark Beaver.

On the Truck: The No. 45 Chevrolet Silverado will carry the CarShield colors this weekend.
