HOMETOWN: ALEDO, TX | DOB: JUNE 23, 2003

At just 21-years-old, Kaden Honeycutt has quickly become a versatile driver with experience in several motorsport disciplines across both dirt and asphalt. In 2025, he will pilot Niece Motorsports’ No. 45 Chevrolet Silverado RST for his first full-time season in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series.

Originally from Aledo, Texas, Honeycutt began racing Bandoleros at the age of nine, compiling several wins across Texas and Alabama. In 2016, Honeycutt advanced into the INEX: US Legend Cars, where he quickly found victory lane multiple times including the Las Vegas Bullring Showdown the following year. He also made his first Snowball Derby start, racing in the Pro Truck Series.

When he turned 15-years-old in 2018, Honeycutt made his ARCA Menards Series debut at Salem Speedway. Running on a limited basis in ARCA, he went on to pick up two top-fives in five starts from 2018-2019.

Shifting his focus in 2020, Honeycutt primarily competed in Super Late Models. In that year’s running of the Snowball Derby, he delivered a standout showing by leading 26 laps and finishing fifth.

Joining the CARS Tour on a full-time basis in 2021, Honeycutt earned a pair of wins at Langley Speedway and Florence Motor Speedway on his way to a runner-up finish in the Late Model Stock standings.

During his second season with the CARS Tour in 2022, Honeycutt picked up his third victory at Ace Speedway en route to a fourth-place points finish. He also secured a win in the World Series of Asphalt at New Smyrna Speedway. When an opportunity to compete in select NASCAR Truck Series events came, he took full advantage by earning his first top-10 at Phoenix Raceway.

In 2023, Honeycutt made 11 NCTS starts for various teams, including his first start with Niece Motorsports at Pocono Raceway. That year, he earned three top-10 finishes in trucks, while continuing to hone his craft on the short tracks. Honeycutt won his first CARS Tour Pro Late Model race that year at Caraway Speedway, and later went on to secure two ARCA Menards Series West victories at All American Speedway and Madera Speedway.

Known as a driver to get the most out of his equipment, Honeycutt’s talent caught the attention of Al Niece who brought him on as the anchor driver of the No. 45 Chevrolet in 2024. His part-time schedule did not disappoint. In 14 starts, Honeycutt earned six top-10s with a pair of fourth-place finishes at Kansas Speedway marking his career-best. His results were integral in qualifying the No. 45 team for the NCTS Owner’s Playoffs, and he finished the year 19th in driver points despite not competing in every race.

Along with his Truck Series success in 2024, Honeycutt achieved his dream of being crowned a champion. Winning races at Orange County Speedway, Tri-County Motor Speedway, and North Wilkesboro Speedway earned him the title in the CARS Tour Pro Late Model Series. That same year, he earned one of short track racing’s highest honors when he was crowned champion of the 57th annual Snowball Derby.

Honeycutt looks to make the most out of his first full-time NCTS opportunity by putting together a strong 2025 season driving the No. 45 Precision Vehicle Logistics Chevrolet.
