Should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.At track contact for questions, issues, etc.: Dalana Parker, 256-624-7138.Picking up Your VIP Pass:Click this link: NASCAR VIP PASS SYSTEM if you have questions about the VIP Pass Registration process.Before parking at the track, pick up your VIP Pass at the NASCAR Registration office located at Gate 3 (Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course Map). You will need the QR code sent to you previously and your ID.Please reference your schedule for NASCAR Registration hours. VIP Passes can be picked up anytime that VIP Guest Credentialing Registration is open. You are not required to pick up your VIP Pass when the credential office first opens, but it is recommended that you pick up your pass no less than 2 hours prior to the start of on-track activities in order to take full advantage of the pass.  This pass will give you access to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series garage and pit road only.Parking & Entering the Track:All non-infield parking is free in the general parking area, located on the southeast area of Mid-Ohio near Gate 3. Once parked, walk towards the track and locate the garages, (#10 on the map Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course Map).NASCAR and Team rules regarding pit road / garage areas:

  • Hearing protection is recommended
  • Passes must be displayed at all times, and guests may be required to show additional identification
  • Minors are not permitted in the garage or on pit road during any on-track activity. Minors must clear these areas 30 minutes prior to on-track action. Minors must also be pre-registered by a parent/guardian
  • If standing behind the pit box, please stand behind the yellow line to avoid injury. Things can happen very fast during a race, and the crew members need to have this space clear. Often, seats will be available for guests behind the pit stall or on the pit box. A team member will direct you to these areas at the appropriate times

Food and DrinksConcessions will be available outside the paddock area (#13 and #14 on the map Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course Map). The team will have a cooler with drinks available in the garage and pits. Guests are also welcome to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages in soft-sided coolers. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the garage and on pit road at all times
