Matt Mills
Hailing from Lynchburg, Virginia, Matt Mills made his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut in 2016, his Xfinity Series debut in 2017 and his Cup Series debut in 2021.
With the support of longtime sponsors J.F. Electric and Utilitra, Mills signed with Niece Motorsports in 2023 to pilot the No. 42; a seat to which he returns full-time for the 2025 season.
Getting his racing start in go-karts, Matt moved up to full-size pavement modifieds at age 16. That year he won Midvale Speedway Rookie of the Year honors and transitioned to late models the following year.
In his starts with Niece Motorsports, Mills has garnered a career-best 4th place finish at Charlotte Motor Speedway followed by an 8th place finish at Nashville Super Speedway. Mills took his career first stage win at Talladega Superspeedway in October 2024.
Kaden Honeycutt
Kaden Honeycutt marks his full-time driving debut in the 2025 season at the helm of the Niece Motorsports No. 44 Chevrolet Silverado. Hailing from Willow Park, Texas, Honeycutt has found victory lane across multiple series including the ARCA Menards Series, Cars Tour, and INEX Legend Car Young Lions Division.
Honeycutt made his Truck Series debut in 2022 at Martinsville Speedway and raced part-time in the Niece Motorsports No. 45 during the 2024 NCTS season. In the past five years, he has made more than 20 NCTS starts, one Xfinity Series start and 11 ARCA starts; he has amassed more than 40 wins, 60 top-fives and 80 top-10s across series.
Christian Rose
West Virginiaβs Christian Rose began his racing career in 2018 at the super late model level where he honed his skills before moving to the ARCA Menards Series West in 2021.
Rose is an accomplished athlete, having played Division 1 baseball at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where he graduated with honors and is featured in the Wall of Fame for his athletic achievements.
Supported by the West Virginia Department of Tourism, Rose makes his full-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut with Niece Motorsports for the 2025 season.
